Forms and Sheets is run by me, Hamza Afridi. I also run DevTonic Studios, where I build WordPress plugins for online shops. Here I make ready-made Excel templates for contractors, landlords, Airbnb hosts, cleaning businesses and small shops: the sheets small businesses keep asking me for.
How every template is made
- Built in real Excel. Plain Excel formulas only: no macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.
- Checked against worked numbers. Before a file goes on sale, its totals are worked out separately, outside the sheet. Excel has to reach the same numbers, to the cent, or the file does not go on sale.
- Filled in with a real example. Each file opens with a finished example, like the bathroom remodel in the Contractor Estimate, so you see how it works before you type your own numbers.
Where software and AI help
I use software tools, including AI, to help draft formulas, test cases and the text on these pages. Every file is then opened and calculated in Microsoft Excel, and every total is compared with the worked numbers before it goes on sale. If something does not add up, it does not ship.
