Forms and Sheets (formsandsheets.com) is run by me, Hamza Afridi. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to formssheetsupport@gmail.com.
When you buy a template
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the online reseller and Merchant of Record for every order. You type your card or PayPal details on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, never on this site, and I never see them. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy covers what it does with your payment details.
To deliver your file, this site keeps a record of your order: your name, email address, country, the template you bought, the price and the date. I use it to send your download link, to answer your questions, to handle a refund and to keep the business accounts. I do not use it for anything else.
When you just visit
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, how people found the site, and roughly where they are and what device they use. It does not tell me who you are. Google Analytics sets small cookies to tell a new visit from a returning one. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, those cookies are switched off and only anonymous counts are sent. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
When you put a template in the cart, WooCommerce, the shop software, sets cookies that remember your cart. They are needed for the checkout to work and last at most two days.
Like every website, the server keeps short technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working. The site is hosted by Hostinger on servers in the United States.
When you email me
If you write to me, I keep the emails so I can help you and see what we talked about before. I do not add you to a mailing list.
What I never do
I do not sell, rent or trade your information. The site shows no ads and has no advertising trackers. The only companies that handle your information are the ones named on this page, and only for the job described.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as the tax rules for business accounts require. Emails are kept while they are useful for helping you. Google Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of the information this site holds about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to formssheetsupport@gmail.com from the email address you used, and I will answer within 30 days. Records I must keep for the business accounts are kept until that duty ends, and nothing more. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Children
The templates are made for businesses. The site is not meant for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
